Order of Twilight
The Order of Twilight is a fun, spell-based platform game that challenges players to make it through a variety of dangerous levels filled with spike traps, crushing ceilings, goblins, and tons of other dangers. Thanks to the unique spell system, the game offers an added layer of strategy that makes it a step above the standard jumping/attacking platform games out there.
The standalone Python script Twilight is a tool for highlighting ligands in protein crystal structures which are difficult to detect with electron density (RSCC 0.95) and provides a means of inspecting such flagged ligands in the PDB. The table of ligands is sorted initially upon loading based on a combination of descending score S and grouping by PDB four-character code.
Twilight also provides a method to filter the table by a set of ligand three-letter codes that can be entered in the search box, and is integrated with the Coot macromolecular-graphics model-building program. The result is a list of all entries in the table that match the specified ligand three-letter code, and the corresponding chain identifier, residue integer number and, if present, insertion code are displayed in a separate window.
The five movies based on the vampire-human love story by Stephanie Meyer made stars of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, and introduced millions to her unique portrayal of sparkly vampires. Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn all found eager audiences who devoured them faster than a Cullen can move. But it's important to watch the films in the correct order, as they all build on one another.
